Team Lunacy [Lunacy] Now recruiting Co-Captain!

Team Lunacy has one player slot remaining, and with all of our sub and main positions full I'm looking to recruit someone to help me in sharing the burden of team management.
Our practice times are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:00pm EST. As Co-Captain, it will be your responsibility to be available on each of those days with the occasional unforeseen circumstance as an exception. Very occasional. If you can't commit those times, we can't use you. If you can, read on:
Above all, the qualities I'm looking for have to do with leadership. If I'm unavailable, the practice must go on, and that's where you come in. I need someone who can keep their cool even when tempers flare, tensions run high, and the salt is thicker than the dead sea. You have to be able roll with the punches, and you need to be the person that can keep people working together even when they don't want to.
I need someone I can rely on. Trust is going to have to be huge between you and I. The Captain and Co-Captain need to be tighter than the ADC and Support. We need to be peanut butter and jelly and when you say something I have to be able to believe and trust you.
Occasionally, a situation will arise where you need to make a decision and I won't be available to consult. For things like this, you need to have impeccable judgement skills and always err on the side of caution.
Lastly, coaching. You and I will have to work together to communicate to the players what is expected of them to facilitate improvement. Extensive knowledge of the game and the meta as it evolves is very important here, as well as good communication skills so that you can get points across without stepping on toes. Also for the purpose of coaching, you will need to be Gold or higher in solo queue. No disrespect to lower tier players, but all of the players on the team are gold or higher. It would be a rough thing indeed to expect people to respect a leader they consider to be beneath them.
Now, often an issue with coaching or criticizing a team mate, either on a team or in solo queue, is that person is then very likely to turn around and criticize your own gameplay in an attempt to lessen the perceived impact his own mistakes have. That will not do, and so as Co-Captain/Coach you will seldom actually be playing, unless it is absolutely necessary.
