Looking for Flex Queue Group - Gold V Taric

Taric main looking to climb in Flex queue for those sweet sweet rewards.

Looking for a regular team or duo to play with to climb Flex Queue to hit Gold V at the least. Im currently Silver V in flex.

I play early on most weekends starting 8:00am - 8:30am EST and after work on week days starting around 5:00pm EST and usually play 1 or 2 games.
