Creating Ranked 5's Team (Gold+ Players)

I'm organizing a ranked 5's team. We are looking to fill the Top, Jungle and Mid positions.

So far, our team is as follows:

mYoJackHammer Platinum 5 ADC

TheConfederacy Gold 5 Support

Details:

We use Skype or Curse Voice to communicate.
We are looking to play 1 - 2 times per week.
We are free between 5:00 - 10:00 EST weeknights and all day on weekends.
Positive attitudes only.
Gold ranked or higher please.
