Hi i would like to explain the goals and dedication that we are looking for Quantums Pulse. First off we will establish this is a very competitive team with a tight schedule and high goals. We would like to have a team average solo/duo queue rating of d3+ by the end of the season, also we want to hit d1+ as a team this upcoming season. Meaning we will practice as a team almost everyday and solo/duo queue everyday. Team practices will start at 5 PM (Central) sharp if you are late consistently without giving us warning you will be kicked from the team and replaced. Nextly we do not tolerate ignorance or putting yourself above someone because you think your better then them. If you want to be the best, prove it and with time you will earn respect, respect is something that you can not force on someone it must be earned. Being toxic will also result in a warning then a kick from the team. Now what can we offer you as a player! We can offer a competitive playing team that is dedicated to what they do. As well we offer a good coach, teamspeak server, manager and tournaments. Once we get diamond 3 we will be able to get a sponsorship from places like (razor etc.). Now please fill out the application below and i will get back to you as soon as i can. If you are accepted i will have you added and we will go through several tryout games with people watching you while you play. Then you will either be accepted or declined depending on how you call, play, attitude when you lose a game, how you deal with losing lane and coming back from it, and how to control your lane when you are winning it. I want every member of the team to enjoy their time playing with us and for it to be a safe but constructive environment where players can hone their skills and conquer their weaknesses. Age, and when you started playing: 17, 3 or 4 years ago I can't remember. Role: ADC Why do you want to join our team: I have experience with competitive teams before and it is one of the best ways to improve as a player. Also I haven't been very motivated at all in life lately. This team will be something I can really apply myself to. I really just want to be the best player possible really, and I think that the competitive team structure is the best way to improve. What can you bring to the team no one else can: I can bring a lot of things to the team but I think one thing that no one else can bring is hard work. it might seem ironic that I am saying hard work is something I can bring to the team considering I just said that lately I haven't been very motivated in life. but I am the kind of guy who REALLY gets behind something. Once I find a passion I pursue it. an example could be the hours of replays I have watched of myself, and other respectable players. Playstyle: Aggressive carry. I really think the idea of a playstyle is a bit weird. In league there are so many absolutes that I feel like you're either playing right or wrong. I also have really good macro knowledge, as well as high RAW mechanical skill. Max I was g5 last season But now I have enjoyed this season very much was placed silver 5 and Im gold 1 already and going to climb again faster and I had a plat 3 account last season My Main account Frederickx2 Is banned untill friday if you want to add my smurf add fenggeweiwu My champion pool Is huge I can play 80percent of all champs very well and know every champs ability I was 12 when i started playing now im 15 I can play any role other then support well but Have most experience with Jungle then mid Even tho im thriving and climbing fast in solo que I love teams because I know there all good players and I hate meeting a dumb fuck in solo que Id rather play with smart people I have alot of experince and have been coached by many diamond players and plat coaches I have alot of in knoledge on game and I if I get Jungle position I will impact the game in a good way and shot call alot My place style is usually agro and my fav team comp to run is pick off because most teams in the elos under diamond dont know when to ward and when and when not to face check and it snowballs fast Greed there are times when I can just ignite and get the kill and escape but I get greedy for summner spells or ulti and I die or dont get the kill in the process Very good shot caller Im able to look at the map and say what we should do. Top 3 champs is vayne Graves and lucian because in solo que I snowball bot lane as adc alot and graves is just broke any role West coast I have been on many teams in tournies and just with friends and such I love taking constructive critisim But I dont want to just take it and then not ask a question when I hear someone talk about my play I let them finish so I see there point of view and then I just say what I was doing and my mindset of why I was doing it I have good shot calling I believe you cant trust someone before you meet them and learn about them and like them but if you would ask me why I am trustworthy before actually meeting me I would say Im just a regular guy like you trying to find the same thing you are. I cook and I love cooking and I go to tournies for cooking Seeing as im still in highschool I might not be able to work every single day on times where I will work on to fix I might just have to be sub I DONT WANT TO BE SUB but if you guys need an every day man for alot of hours then yea.

Role: Support

Why do you want to join our team: I've always enjoyed playing with teams more than solo q. My previous teams have always been a fond memory in my league playtime, many of my online friends have come directly from being on the same team as them. The strategy side of playing 5v5's is also really enjoyable to me, having spent countless hours researching different comps and strats that my old teams would practice and test. I'm looking forward to playing with a group of likeminded individuals and hope to grow as a player while gaining new friendships.

What can you bring to the team no one else can: I've always considered myself a very smart player, without sounding too cocky or big headed. If you were to ask any of my old teammates how I performed on the team, they would all tell you I was the one who committed the most hours on and off the rift to help the team improve as best as possible.

Playstyle: The perks of being a support player is that there are many different styles of play you can use during the game. Adaptability is always going to be key in playing this game which is why I pride myself in making sure I can play at least 2-3 different champs using a certain style of play for example, Leona or Naut for hard engage, Janna or Morgana for kiting and peeling or Karma and Vel'koz for "off the meta" picks and poke.

1 weakness: I dislike to hang around for too long after taking an objective or an advantage. I'm a very reserved person so if I'm given an advantage in lane, I don't want to push my luck too much unless I'm positive we can get more out of pressing the point.

Best attributes as a player: Very friendly and outgoing player who dedicates a lot to helping team not only on the rift but outside of the game as well whenever needed.

Team experience: As previously mentioned, I've committed a lot of time to other teams in the past. Although fun in their own right, they eventually disbanded for reasons like real life problems or simply fell apart after one or two members swapped out. During my time with other teams, I set myself as the person who would help the members out the most, taking time to talk with each person and see if there's anything we could be doing different as sometimes in group discussions people's opinions or ideas would get drowned out or not expanded on enough. Teammates would always come to me when they had ideas they wanted to pitch to the coach or analyst before presenting them, just to make sure they had completely thought it through.

Are you willing to learn and take constructive criticism without being frustrated or getting defensive: I believe that constructive criticism is a very strong factor in improving not only as a player but as a team as well. If people have ideas or suggestions on how I should play or anything of the sort, I take it very seriously as they might see or witness something I'm not aware of and thus I could improve on in the future.

How would you ideal team, work with communication, shotcalling etc. : In the past I've served as primary and secondary shotcaller and I used to believe I was better at being the primary but as I grew as a player, I felt like I had a lot more map awareness as a support player and thus I was always the one who ended up feeding info into the primary and making backup discissions.

Why are you trustworthy: I've put a lot of time into my league play time and I'm proud of what I've done so far. However, this year I wanna push myself and get even better. You'll quickly learn I'm very trustworthy and committed if I were to earn a spot on the roster.

Personal achievements in real life: I'm originally from Northern Ireland and I moved here to America when I was 18 because I found the love of my life. I worked 2-3 jobs and completed 'college'. I worked my ass off to save and move over here and I'm extremely happy I did. That's probably the biggest personal achievement in my life.

Why do you want to join our team: Ill keep try to keep it short, I was bronze 5 starting made it to silver 5 then silver 1 the next season after that I improved my gameplay and climbed to plat 1 yet demoted to plat 5 after season ended (s5) never been part of a team nonetheless I have been looking for a team to join yet I was going to wait until i was higher in my elo (plat 1 again) but after reading the description of the team tryout I had to apply; your description inspires me to want to join your team and climb high as I have been trying in solo q for the past year
