LF Top, Jungle, Adc, and Support for 5s ranked (Platinum +)

Hey there! If you're reading this then I'm assuming you're interested in a 5s ranked team. This is going to be a serious team aiming to climb as high as our skill allows us. This is a Platinum 5+ ranked team. This does not count last season or any previous season, it is your current League of Legends Solo Que rank. As a team there will be at least 4 required practices a week, with the other days preferred. Practices will generally be in the evening and last at least 3 or more hours. We will be using Curse Voice as a voice chat server. I would prefer you to be 18 years of age or older to ensure maturity is kept during competitive play (this is subject to change though so if you are under the age of 18 please feel free to apply). Please have a strong computer and internet connection, if you're the best player in the world but can not connect it wont matter. If you can not fill these minor requirement please do not continue this application process, thanks for the consideration.

If you can meet the minor requirement above, the team will be looking for a Top, Jungle, Adc, and Support. Currently I (Haroes, Platinum 5) am holding mid and we have a sub (TimeToTurtle Plat 2) lined up that can fill all roles besides Jungle. If you are interested in trying out for these positions please comment below with the following information. (I would highly prefer you not to add me in game, as my friends list is almost full and I will most likely just decline it. I will try to respond to your posts as quick as I can, thank you for your patience)

Tryouts will be 5/14/2015 in the evening, most likely starting around 6 or 7 EST. Please be able to show up sometime Thursday evening/night.
