Silver player looking to be part of a team or find a duo partner

I'm a silver player on EUW with only having a few friends playing this game, and being around silver elo means most players I end up playing with can be pretty terrible. So I'm looking to join a team or find a duo partner. I'm a support main and my main supports are Blitzcrank, Nautilus, and Leona. Although I do play like a decent silver player i have major experience playing with my friends in plat for the last 2 years so i believe i would be slightly higher than silver if I tried (I almost never play ranked, but i want to start now)
