Gold/Plat Team looking for a coach

Hello we are Cryptic Gaming. We are currently working on getting into a tournament league. It is sorta like LCS but at a lower skill level without major sponsors. We are all gold+ and are looking for someone of a higher skill level to: coach, help in pick ban, help team synergy, and draft effective comps. We have been together for a couple months practicing in ranked but are not getting very far.
