Creating Diamond+ Flex Team

Looking for Diamond+ players in Solo/Duo and have at least Plat 5+ in Flex.

Are you tired of trying to find a team that doesn't have a consistent play schedule or disbands within a week? Well I'm looking to organize a group of chill players that wouldn't mind grinding it out together to hit Master/Challenger tier in Flex.

This isn't a team that's delusional about going pro. I don't mind signing up for the occasional tournament, but the primary goal is to hit Challenger in Flex by playing and winning as many games as possible before season end.
