Looking for a serious team to rank up with(Bronze II)

Im recently new to ranked but find it hard to win games because there is a lack of communication in solo queue, so i want to get a team together that is serious and comfortable in their roles but can also have fun every now and then(such as playing all for one as soraka and beating a team of dariuses, true story) my league name is OffTheSpawnz add me and send me a message if your interested. looking for every role except jg :)
