LF Team members - Silver +

Hello there, I'm looking for people around my age who want to play on a team centered around having a good experience. What this means to me is that we are doing our best, coordinating strategies, being supportive, communicating properly, and learning from each other. Yes, we will lose. It is a part of the game, every team loses. But what matters to me is do we blame each other and get angry, or do we take it in stride and do better the next time? Because frankly, I don't expect immediate success, and I will never go pro. It may take some time, but I hope to find 4 permanent team members who are available to play nights and weekends, depending on availability, not exactly sure what the schedule will be but let's say 3-4 nights a week, 3-4 games each night. That being said, I may conduct interviews with many different people, and we may have quite a few people on the roster until the final cuts are made.
