Creating Ranked 5's Team gold+ in solo and flex And Ranked community discord

Looking to create a team of people who want to improve game play and work as a team to climb and get better in flex and solo/duo. Requirements are that you have discord and are able to be on weekdays from 6Pst to 9pst. When the team gets better I will be looking into tournaments to join. There will be more than 5 people and also will be one main team and a couple off teams so that anyone can't show up they can join the main team/or get more practice. I tend to grow as a better play much faster. What you want to improve on: Game strategies. been stuck with silver elo for this season and am developing bad habits from solo que. What you believe you can help others improve on: I tend to be a really good communicator and shot caller when given the chance. I know how o squash tilt really easily. and also when to get people to focus. About yourself: I play to win. but i also play to have fun. I don't tilt easy. I play meta and off meta champs. I've played on a few teams that were very successful in tourneys. also i know a bit about organizing for leagues and that sort of thing to. i think i can be an incredible asset to any competitive team that's willing to invest in catching me up to speed.

When to take baron/objectives) About yourself: I've been playing for a little over 4 years and have always wanted to be part of a team. I mainly play on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) but I hop on some times at night during the weekdays before going to bed. I'm not one to rage like a lot of people in this community, I do like to win and I like to take advice from people when they notice I do something wrong. I'm only in S5 cause I don't really play Ranked as much as norms but I do want to be in a ranked team cause I feel like it's a lot more fun.
