Flex 3's

Going to challenger this season I need people who have experience with 3's and are willing to grind every night atleast 3+ games from 11:30pm EST- about 2-3 am EST. I like to be competitive but also want to enjoy the road and grow as friends, We wont win every game and I'm not looking for the ones who are gonna leave after 1 loss. Play as a team Win as a team and Thrive as a team. League is so much more enjoyable when you can about things that could have gone better or ways to improve even on games you win. End of rant haha, add me ingame and we can start the climb there is no real requirements besides having discord atleast
