Forming a flex/clash team (Gold/Plat)

I've been trying to be apart of a 5 man but it appears that flex teams are either unorganized, inconsistent concerning playing with each other, or unwilling to help each other and learn. I've decided to simply form one on my own. I am looking for players who can take and dish out criticism as well as be adaptable. Post:

  5. Uhhh, I've been really enjoying Overlord and Mushi-Shi. I can't really name a favorite though.
