Silver II Jungle/Support Main looking for duo

I'm a Jungle and Support main who is currently in Silver II. Finished Silver I last season (didn't play much at all) and am looking to get to Gold+ this season. I have a high MMR for my division (gain around 30 lose only 10), but I've been on tilt and I want to know if there is a potential duo partner out there I can rely on to not throw the game like many teams seem to want to do.
