Diamond (past 2 seasons including this one) Looking for a duo to Master.

I have been diamond for the past 2 seasons (3 and 4) and have hit diamond for the 3rd time. I am not satisfied with my ability to adapt to this season and am looking for a duo partner that can help me improve myself and climb the ladder. I play all roles fairly well with my bot lane roles being the strongest (I know the ins and outs of the lane and nearly every matchup). I am always a filler and am not a 1 trick pony (which I feel is one of my weaknesses as I can't play the same champion repeatedly disabling my ability to learn them completely and dominate/carry a game).

As for personality wise: I'm a shy guy who probably won't even want to voip the first few games. I would prefer a female duo partner as I find it easier to talk to women, but I will accept anyone who feels they are very knowledgeable and has what it takes to hit master (just might take a bit longer to get to know you if you're a guy).

Note. I am NOT looking for someone who will continually blame the teammates for the loss. The loss is our responsibility and there is ALWAYS something we could have done to correct it. I take ranked very seriously and probably won't even open with duo queues, but just duoing normals to see how you play. Once again, I am looking for someone who already has most of the game knowledge to climb to master, not someone who was plat last season and wants to be master. I've tanked too much MMR this season trying out people like that: If you don't have a diamond border from last season, I won't even consider you.

My ideal practice times are from 5-12pm EST excluding Mondays
