Availability: I work a stable 9am-5pm CST (10am-6pm EST). Anytime except during the Worlds tournament!
Prior Ranked experience: I've played in ranked for several seasons now, improving solo queue to platinum.
What are your goals for the team: My goals are to have an environment where I can consistently learn and become stronger with a team so that I have the best shot of improving personally as a result of my time with that team. The ultimate goal is to become a professional player if I can become strong enough. That said, part of what I personally want to improve on is the ability to put team execution above solo player execution. I also think a team environment will be good for practicing my ability to execute within a purposefully drafted team comp strategy as opposed to only playing by myself in solo queue.
Thoughts on criticism: I'm going to need a lot of it, because outside eyes are really a key ingredient for me to improve from here. I prefer constructive criticism--such as next time you should try X strategy--over blame. A single match is the battle, not the war.
Why I should choose you: Because I really love League of Legends, and I would be happy to play alternate adc if you go with another adc for the main roster. I don't promise perfection but I do promise to seriously take into account feedback from the team.
