[LFM] New Team Forming!
Im approaching lvl 30, and im looking to form a team who will spend the next month or two playing together in non--ranked games to get used to each other, and climb the ranked leaderboards together. Honestly, more than anything, im sick of getting random teamed with garbage. For example, the last game i played i had more DTC and kills with heim than the top, adc, and sup combined.

Dont get me wrong, im by no means a pro, but im looking for some talented players who are looking to grow TOGETHER.
My ideologies are as follows:

I would like for each player to be good at 2 champs in every role. Not necessary right away, but we will all be working towards this. Of course, we all have our favorites, and I would like to put everyone in the role they feel most comfortable in. However, my past gaming experiences have taught me that not everyone on the team/clan/guild/alliance (did i forget one?) is always able to show up every single time and there needs to be coverage for those people.

Communication will most likely be done on Skype (free, easy, and almost everyone already has it) unless someone can make a compelling argument for an alternative.

Players must be willing to take direction and learn. You must have a passion for the game, and always scouring the internet for ways to improve and increase your knowledge of the game. No one is perfect, everyone has bad games. But if you walk away from a horrible performance only thinking, "man if my teammates were better i would have done better," well quite frankly thats a you problem. Win or lose, you should learn SOMETHING from every match you play.

You must be over 18, and ideally 21. I don't like kids, most of them are immature and fail to recognize the faults in their game and tend to just point the finger elsewhere. I curse, not at people usually, but i do. If you cant handle that, this isn't really the place for you. I say ideally 21 rather than making it a requirement because if you're 18-20 and a mature person who is committed, and willing to take direction and learn, i cant say no. But i dont need 16 year olds quitting mid match because mom said its time for bed. I get enough nagging from my wife.

Most of all, this is a game. I play to have fun. Its important to remember that while understanding that i do take this appropriately seriously (not sure thats grammatically correct but whatever), and i have the most fun when im winning. I am a competitor at heart, and do not have much fun when im losing. If i can get a group together of like-minded guys (and girls!) who are able to help us win, leading to more fun, and make the losing matches a little more enjoyable, i think everyone involved will benefit.
