Looking for serious duo partner

Finally gonna tackle soloq after spending too much time in flex. I'm a top laner, but can also play supp. I'm looking for someone to seriously tackle soloq to get back up to speed. Pref mid-high silver, as that is what I finished last season on this account. Mics would be pref so we can communicate. Would be best to find either a jg or adc since it seems to make sense with my two most frequent roles.
