D5 Mid/Supp/Top LF team

I am looking to join a serious ranked 5's team, I have been playing for a long time and I take ranked serious. Here is a few of my qualities:

• I do not rage
• I can give or take critic (As long as it is constructive)
• I give 110% every game, you will never ever see me give up
• I always strive to be better
