Hi there. I don't really know how to start this off but I am apart of an organization named Oppressive Gaming. Within the org, I am a team captain to my team, OG Novacharge. Currently We have a full roster with only me as the leader to the team. I'm looking for a Plat + level analyst/Coach who has very high game knowledge and who can work for me. It won't be paid work, But over time this could change. You will have to be able to analyze our scrims, our game days ( Currently in a league) and So on. Our team currently practices about 3-4 times a week, and have a game almost every weekend. With scrims. In saying this, you are going to have to put time into this, and your work. So we are expecting dedication. We have many responsibilities that you will have if you're going to be filling these positions. More details on what you'll be doing will be given during the interview. Note, These positions are the head positions. Meaning you will be working alone for the time being, unless we take in 1 person for each job. High expectations are put on these positions. If you can meet them, Please fill out the form below :)

When and where?: No, but I do offer advice to my many friends and often on stream. Availability; Monday - Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Everyday at every hour. Why do you feel that you're a better coach then any other applicants?: I don't in any way believe I am better than someone else. I am a very patient person and I know how to objectively look at situation and problems Why do you want to be coaching this team?: This is the most organized team I've seen so far and I think it would be a good experience for me and you guys. Are you easy to get along with?: Yes, but I also know when to draw lines between business and friendship List the top three things a coach should do in your opinion: Know his teams' weaknesses and strengths. Know his own strengths and weaknesses. Be able to look at a situation without any emotion involved.

Needs to recognize the strengths on his team. His in game knowledge should be unmatched.

When and where?: For a couple small organizations, nothing super serious Availability; Monday - Friday, Saturday, Sunday: All days are free most of the time in the afternoon to evenings, but my schedule has minor changes from week to week Why do you feel that you're a better coach then any other applicants?: I have very good communication skills and don't just resort to play by play analysis Why do you want to be coaching this team?: To gain experience coaching Are you easy to get along with?: Yes, of course!
