Looking for Jungle/Top/Support for ranked 5s team.

We have a core group of 5 and do extremely well together (consists of 2 golds, 2 plats, and a diamond) We have won 6/8 of our games played together and synergize really well. We are looking for subs/replacements for times when not everyone is on. Ideally we would like someone of gold+ rank who plays often, and is interchangeable at roles (Between jungle/support/Top).
