True Minded Gaming is looking for coaches and analysts!

Hello everyone, Cone here from TMG and we are looking for coaches and analysts for our several league teams! We are looking for coaches that will be focusing on strategic aspects of play, and also communication/behavioral coaches. For analysts, we are expecting those who will not be as active within the team but be taking more of a strategic role in making notes of what the team does wrong/right and what to improve on. Coaches are expected to be on more than analysts, and they are expected to show up to practice just like players on the team. If you are interested in joining as coach or analyst, please fill out the following application and post it below: Coach or Analyst: Age: IGN: Previous experience with a team(please describe in detail): Previous experience playing on a team, not coaching(please describe in detail: (For coaches): Do you focus on strategic or behavioral coaching: (For coaches): How would you respond if there was a player who was belligerent and toxic to his teammates, but was captain of the team: What separates you from other candidates: Anything extra you would like to add:

Please do not apply if you are not going to be 100% serious and dedicated to the team. Please do not add me in game.
