[LFM] Jungle/Top/ADC for 5s Team

We are preparing for a semi-serious team for the upcoming season. Right now we are a set of three:

1 D1 Solo Q and Challenger 5s Jungle - Uncrowned King 1 Masters Solo Q and Challengers 5s Mid - Uncrowned King 1 D5 Solo Q and Season 4 Diamond 1 5s Support - Silicon Gaming 1 D1 Solo Q and Challenger 5s Top - Project Ice

We are looking for an ADC to fill in the gaps. We are also looking for a jungle/top that would be willing to split time with our current team members as their schedule will be hectic for the upcoming season.
