LF Analyst/Assistant Coach to help out in a Bronze/Silver League

I'm a Gold 1 ADC main and I am currently coaching a team in a Bronze/Silver League underneath Ascension Esports. I am looking for an analyst to help me come up with strategies, review games and scrims, and help the team improve. I don't particularly care what rank you are (though higher ranks tend to speak toward having a higher game knowledge) and would appreciate any help I can get.
