S4 jungler LF Duo partners

I'm looking for someone that have aroundt he same Win ratio and/or Kda ratio. I wont queue with someone that have his most played champs having 1,98 kda... if you have a win rate or 30%, i wont duo. I want people to know the basic and that know, that they dont know the game. i was gold for 3 season as trop and support but now i main jungler.
