Silver IV Bottom Lane main player looking for a SERIOUS team

I mostly play the Support role, but also know and play the ADC role equally as well. I'm Silver IV going on Silver III. Below is my champion pool for both ADC and Support, I can play each and every one of these champions extremely well, and some I've mastered and are my normal goto's.

I'm looking for a SERIOUS team only, people that are established and play every night. Preferably a team that has plans for free/paid tournaments, and is either located in the Eastern TIme zone, or can work with me on practice times and what not. I'm usually on at the latest by 8pm EST.
