i dont think so but promos arent any different than any regular game. You can win lane, even win it hard, and your other lanes still decide whether or not you win. Its not league matchmaking, its just the way team games work.

However, I hate all the high elo players that saw how easy silver and brozne is for them. Its only easy cause they were able to get out and play against better players. The only way to get better is to play other players that are actually good and punish you for mistakes.
