Making a Ranked Team - Looking for Mid, Top and Jungle

Good Day Everyone, I am in the process of making a ranked team and i am in need of a top laner, mid laner, and jungler. We would prefer to use either skype or curse voice for comms. Next off we more likely to play later at night than we are during the day, since alot of people will start to be going back to school within these upcoming weeks. Tryouts will be this evening around 6pm est.

Here are a few things we look for when we try out people:

  1. Are You Vocal
  2. Do You Listen to Calls
  3. Do you have unexplainable agression
  4. Are you a cool person to talk to.
  5. Game Knowledge.

Right now the 2 of us like to remain anonymous so we do not get all the friend requests in league but here are our ranks:

Top Laner- Jungler- Mid Laner- Adc- Gold 3 Support- Gold 2

Sidenote: I learn very very quickly so don't look at my rank and judge me based on that. Also, my win-rate ruined by horrible teammates. I'm not saying that I never did bad, but my win-rate in low purely because of horrible teams. I also can play just about any top champion, but put my favorite for the top 4. Played for only about 2 and half months and was already competing at a high silver/gold level. If this team takes me under their wing I promise that you'll have a sturdy top lane.

For jungle = Jarvan, Vi, Rengar, Pantheon 2 Champs Needed to work on: Riven and Rek'sai 2 Things You need to work on: Safe farming top lane vs a ranged opponent (and i am melee) and Survivability with Rengar (for if I fall behind) Any Tournament experience: no LoL tournament experience.

Sidenote: I've been looking for a ranked team for some time now, most that I joined never went past the 4th game because people stopped being on at the same time. I am fine with casual or competitive teams as long as they actually play and communicate well.

For those applying for this team, I'd like to introduce myself. I'll be acting as manager once the initial team is formed. I'll work to fill the roster, schedule practices and tournament participation, and settle player disputes for the team. Basically, it'll be my job to make sure everything runs smooth so you guys can focus on playing the game :)

My solo queue rank is silver 3, and I've peaked at silver 1. I know that's fairly low, but don't worry, I won't be critiquing your play. I understand that it isn't my place to tell you all how to play, as most of you will be far more skilled in-game than I am. That said, it will be my job to find a suitable replacement for you should the need arise. I'm here to keep to my strengths, namely objectively monitoring games so that when situations arise between teammates, I can act as an impartial mediator.
