LF Team - I'm better than I look on paper!

Hi,

As you will notice by my look-up I am currently ranked Silver 5. HOWEVER, if you look more deeply into my match history, what you will notice is that in the vast majority of my considerable losses, I out-performed my team mates by a lot.

Please note that I am never toxic. No matter what the state of any given game might be, I consistently choose to encourage the team to band together, rather than bash anyone. I am a team player through and through. But my polite in-game personality aside, I know that I am FAR better than a silver ranking and have grown increasingly frustrated with the string of feeders hating on other feeders with whom I continue getting grouped with in solo queue.

I am highly interested in a fun 5v5 ranked team of players who are serious about winning, but also know how to keep it fun and encouraging throughout the inevitable mistakes (if anyone on your team feels they are "single-handedly the best at League" or that they "rarely" make any errors, then the team is not for me).

My favorite lane, by far, is top lane. It is certainly where I perform best. I am competent in all roles, but I must admit that I struggle to perform the adc role well.

My current play schedule is Mon-Fri 8pm-10pm Eastern, with considerably more time available on weekends. Please note that my currently weekday schedule is not set in stone. I can be flexible for any effective, dedicated and consistent team that would welcome me. If you feel you have such a team, please consider me!

No, you aren't. Looking at your match history, rune pages and mastery pages setup, I'd say it's exactly where you belong. If you think you're far better than silver, you'd be out by now, but you aren't. And no, it's not your teammates everytime. It's you. No one but yourself. Stop with the blaming game. It doesn't work anymore. And if you keep thinking you're better than said division, you will NEVER advance. I'll leave you with this video, because I was once like you too, a year and a half ago. It's only funny because there are teammates that do refuse to communicate with the team, are very toxic, go afk, forget to switch champs with there duo, and constantly make stupid decisions. But everyone seems to forget those factors. There are people who are inherently better than the rest of their team, and there are people who are inherently incompetent. But people simply dismiss others factors and look at nothing but your rank. Not saying there aren't people who belong in their elo and are complaining, but there are people who don't and simply do get unlucky with teammates. There are too many factors in a league game to determine someones skill level precisely.

But everyone seems to forget those factors. There are people who are inherently better than the rest of their team, and there are people who are inherently incompetent. But people simply dismiss others factors and look at nothing but your rank. Not saying there aren't people who belong in their elo and are complaining, but there are people who don't and simply do get unlucky with teammates. There are too many factors in a league game to determine someones skill level precisely.

Coming from a diamond player who has gotten over 5 accounts to platinum+ these random factors that people complain about play IN YOUR FAVOR. If you are not toxic and do not afk in your games you have a 4/9 chance to have a toxic player or afk while the other team has a 5/9 chance to have one. No matter how much you believe that it's your teams that are holding you back, it isn't. The only thing holding you back is your own skill and understanding of the game combined with your horrible mindset.

You've completely missed the point. In fact, probably proven it. Its not about the chances or your skill level, sometimes your teammates are awful, sometimes it might happen multiple times in a row, the person playing knows this, but its people like you who ignores all that and skips to the player simply doing bad because you got to where you are. Everyone can't be bad. Games can't always be won. Shit happens.

ofc.. There are like 10% of games you cannot win no matter how you play. Then there are like 15% of games you cannot lose no matter how you play. The other 75% of the games you play are won or lost depending on your performance. Of all the accounts I have ranked up I have never been stuck in a league more than 1-2 divisions below where I am on my main account. If people were really stuck myself or people better than me such as wildturtle or pobelter would have half their smurfs stuck in gold or platinum. The ranked system will get you where you belong as long as you play a decent amount of games. If you're still at a rank after 200-300 games you belong there end of story.

I never assume I'm better than anyone, including people in my games, since everyone has a bad game from time to time. I don't think I'm diamond level by any means. I'm always open to my team's advice.

If you decayed from gold to silver ur mmr should still be gold, and if you play at the skill level you say you would get gold in like 10 games. I had 2 Friends decay from gold to silver, but they didnt moan like you they climbed back up summoner 11
