Bronze 5s never play like bronze, they play like wood. Fortunately for them riot hasn't implemented the wood tier yet.

yet I don't went 9-1 last season and got put in bronze 3 and this season went 8-2 placements and put in bronze 5 they have the worst ranking of any game
Nah, the ranking system is fine. You just get placed 2 divisions lower if you do good in placements. However, you get a ton of LP every time you win games so you can climb really fast. So, if you have a high win rate just keep playing ranked after your placements to get higher up, it'll actually be really easy.
Yet in every single queue you play in your MMR is Bronze 5. You really need to understand that the problem with your rank is you and you'll climb. Until you realize that you are the reason you aren't winning all of your games in bronze you stay in bronze. Going 9-1 in placements and being put in bronze 3 just means that your MMR was so low that going 5-5 would have put you bronze 8. 8-2 this season and in bronze 5 means that your MMR was so low that the system has pretty much given up on you ever climbing out of the bottom of the bottom.
I seriously hate threads where people in bronze say that they don't belong in bronze. They have games where they have 125 CS in 30-40 minutes and think they are performing at a higher level. I can guarantee my win rate at Bronze 5 would be 100% just because I'd be so far ahead in gold and levels that I could easily carry a fight 1v5. Bronze is by far the easiest elo to climb out of - all it takes is a change in mentality.
"worst ranking system ever"? first off i was gold 4 last year and i got placed in silver 5 that is COMPLETELY fine i went 4-6 i deserved that, but i am already gold 3 it only took 3 weeks i was gold 5 2 days ago so i am climbing a tier a day because i ACCEPT that my teams are not the reason you are losing in low elo its you so if you change your mentality and dont rage dont make snarky comments and accept if order to win every game YOU have to make that happen you will climb. Riots elo system is fine there is nothing wrong with it if you are doing work on improving there is nothing wrong with being where u belong but saying "i am bronze 5 but dont play like one" is wrong and it will stay that way till u prove it by climbing.
