silver 4 looking for duo *read*

ive been going back forth between silver 5- silver 2 due to having a few good games then several games back to back where people on my team either afk, feed, or troll and its getting extremely annoying. I rarely have games where i do bad and even more rare do i lose my lane. I can fill anywhere but i just want another decent player of similar skill that i can rely on at least 1 other person in the game not being horrible..
