LF team members for a new team

I live in the UK but i want to start a team for online tournaments. I want dedicated members who are looking to play their best and have fun. I want committed members who will make training most of the time unless they have something important to do and who can also communicate on a voice channel. Preferably discord but adjustments can be made. I am a currently a silver 5 Mid laner in my second season but take a lot of time to study the game and i believe i am a good leader. I peaked at silver 2 in my first season and look to go into gold at least in this one, but am more focused on finding a nice team to play with. My ign is SOULCALIB3Rii. Training times can be worked out once i get the team together and do not worry i will fit times around your time zone not mine. Thank you.
