LF a Skilled Duo Partner For Long-Term Ladder Climbing

I am looking for a reliable and skillful duo partner. My previous duo partner and I had around a 75% win rate, but he hasn't had many chances to duo as of late. My Elo continues to rise and I would like to keep that going! I am 28 and very easy to get along with. I also take a pretty rational approach to this game, if that explains anything. But be warned, I tend to laugh instead of rage when bad things happen in-game. ;)

I'm specifically looking for a partner who:

knows all the basic LOL mechanics. knows how and when to secure objectives. has Curse/TS/Skype, etc. has demonstrated solid playing in past seasons (good KDA, high ward amount, competence to some degree in every role, etc.) at least 21 years of age

My strongest role is mid, but I can play any other role if need be.
