Duo Partner (silver/Gold) BIG CLIMB

Hello My summoner name is Blu3Jay. I have enterd a bit of a perdiciment. Last season i made it to gold 4 and was planning to go higher. Well My time ran out and the season ended. DId my placements for season 7 and got bronze 2 (what a suprise rito) i managed to get out of bronze quickly and made it to silver 4. Well i have not been able to get past silver 4 for some reason. i cant tell if its bad team mates or prehaps me just playing poorly.It could be a combo of both. But i assure you my skills are on par with gold. So now Im just looking for a duo partner to do some serouis climbing. I am a Jhin one trick atm but have been known to be a good jungler.
