looking for a active LoL teacher.

hello everyone. i need help. by this point i think i reached a limit to what i can do on my own (or at least not progressing like id like to.) i play unranked and been getting into ranked matches. i main . so my main role isnt to hard to guess (support if it was). my weakest lane is top which i would like to do effectively. when i do go top i use . when im mid i use . when i adc i use . and jlg (litte better there then top but not by much) i use . now this does not mean im the best with all of them. my adcs i can use well supports i main. top i suck (nasus stacks 200 by 20min) mid depends. jlg normaly bad but sometimes i do awsome (idk y). i own every 1350 champ and below and a few others. im lvl 30. i have ad runes done. ap runes more or less done (need just a few more different runes.) so thats background on who and what i can do. depending on your elo you might think im avg-total noob it just depends. please if you can help it be nice. (also what i mean by active is actual playing with me and helping me. ive had others say theyd help and they more or less just helped for a night and never played with me again so it be nice to not have that happen.)
