Qualified Coach(2 years) LF Team. Preferably Higher Elo(Resume Inside, DO NOT add me)

Hey guys I'm Respeke. Over the course of 2 years and closing in on 3, I've coached multiple teams and have done individual coaching. I coach teams ranging from silver-Challenger and have a lot of experience on my belt. I've worked with various organizations and am now looking to bolster my reputation. I have worked with Challenger teams, but never in a Challenger Series.

I started off doing mainly analytical work and Individual coaching. After that I did remote coaching for a challenger team in finals who trying to get into the challenger scene. I left that team before the goal was reached so I have no info on them. The time difference was too much . As of now I've been doing analytical work for various teams and have been bouncing around lately. I'm looking to settle down in a more mature organization if possible. It would be nice if a team was already set up, with good practice hours and good mental focus. I will look to improve the team strategically, mechanically and socially. I will also look to facilitate healthy discussion while being a good coach as well.
