Looking for fun stoner people to play with!!

I've been playing this game for 5 years now and I know it's pathetic I'm in Bronze 4, but I don't ever play ranked and when I did it was with a few irl friends, so you can imagine if I just constantly played solo queue, I could be in diamond, or whatever I set my mind too. But I'm looking for a group of people (preferably open minded tokers or psychadelia users) to play a bunch of normals with and have fun. Must be able to use Skype, team speak, discord, curse, or whatev! We might play ranked but it'll mostly be sober.
