Silver/Gold support looking for adc main for daily play

Title says it all, I am a main support looking for a dedicated adc to play games with on a daily basis both in normals and ranked. Ideally I would like to eventually look for a serious ranked 5's team once our synergy has reached a comfortable level.

You need to have some form of voice chat (skype, curse, teamspeak, etc) and a working mic.

IGN: SplatterMode Age:21 Current Rank: Silver 1, Season 4: Gold 1 Timezone: Pacific Main champions that I prefer to play: Leona, Zyra, Nami, Thresh (However I typically will play any support based off team composition and need) P.s. I do not currently play Lulu or Janna

Things I need to work on : Being less aggressive in some matchups, Better roaming once our lane is ahead (more so for a ranked 5's team rather than normals and duo queue), Every so often my mechanics slip up.
