5v5 ranked team [serious only).

I'm GiftedBathtub and have been playing on NA servers since 2010. My friend and I, (Noobs are uss), are looking to form a ranked team full of like-minded individuals. Both of us have been involved in ranked queue since season 1 and are now looking to take an active part in the 5v5 scene. I am a Diamond IV player and my friend is Plat III. He was Diamond III earlier this season, due to elo decay he is climbing back up. What we are looking for, at minimum, is a Gold player. The reasoning behind the rating requirement is mechanics. We fully believe that teamwork is essential to success, but in a hypothetical game when you get to 30-40 minutes, you can't afford a mechanics mistake. We're looking for competitive players with good mechanics and a positive outlook. We aren't interested in a player who flames his team at 15 minutes to surrender because they're down 5 kills. No point in talking about deaths or a fight that just happened because you can't change what went down. For those who may be interested in joining the team, we would like to propose a tryout. The way the tryouts would proceed as a couple of duo queue games, then headed to custom for a little bit of mechanics testing. Every tryout will be different based on position. Playing schedule for players admitted will be nights. We would prefer to play a few hours daily or every two days each night save for Saturdays. Our goal is to have a very competitive mechanically sound team with successful and accomplished individual players. We are very interested in participating in any form of tournaments. This isn't one of those "make a mistake and you're out" type teams, we know everyone has a learning curve and obviously everyone trips up sometimes. We are heavy proponents of learning from your mistakes and we love to have some laughs along the way.
