Looking for Coach and team to improve with

I'm unfortunately Bronze V. I know that I can play better lanes but do have a big problem with tilting. I'm also learning my counters for each lane. I would like to either join a team (ranking doesn't matter) or start a bronze team and maybe find a coach to not only help myself get better but to help the team get better. I'm a mid lane main, but can play a little bit of each role.
