Dawn eSports Recruiting All Ranks! (Bronze-Challenger)

Hello! I’m the owner of Dawn eSports. We are an org with a big community. We are recruiting players for teams to compete in Tournaments, Compete League, etc.

These Try-Outs will start to take place Monday July 10th starting at 7 EST

As a team you will:

Compete in tournaments Scrim other org's teams Scrim our org's teams Practice 3 times a week Do VOD Reviews of scrims/tournaments

List of teams we're recruiting (will hold tryouts):

Bronze:

DWN Neon: Mid, ADC, Top

Silver:

DWN Sapphire: Top, Jg, Mid

Gold:

DWN Lunar: Supp, Top, Jg

Plat:

DWN Impulse: Top, Jg, ADC

Plat/Diamond:

DWN Blizzard: Top, Jg, Mid, Supp

Diamond 5 +:

DWN Euphoria: Top, Jg, Mid, Supp

We are looking for captains for each team, Captains are in charge of: Relaying team info to me or other management members Making sure your team is registered on battlefy Making a League Club, and inviting Starters, and subs if you have any. Setting up a practice schedule based on your teams availability Registering for multiple tournaments. Recruiting players if someone leaves the team

How try-outs will go:

1. Register on the form on this post
2. Join the Discord linked below
3. Players trying out will be put on teams with others who are also trying out.
4. These teams will face each-other in a 5v5 custom format, and will switch players each game, so that one person's performance doesn't effect your individual try-out.
5. After the first day of tryouts we will cut the list of players down, based on their performance, communication, and overall desire to be on the team.
6. After the 2nd day of tryouts, we should have the list of who made the team, and will then decide a solid schedule, as well as get the team registered on battlefy.
