looking to start a brand new team (21+)

i, myself am 24 on pacific tz. I am looking to start a brand new ranked team of adults, preferably other like minded military guys. An army buddy got me into this game in 2012 and just recently i am starting to take it a little more serious. i play daily and mechanically i am skilled and have a deep champ pool. I'd prefer if we didn't play "roles" as opposed to playing counter pics with champs we are best with/at, i think this would give us an edge up. i literally fall asleep watching lcs almost every night weather it be reruns on youtube or whatever. i am super motivated in this haha. ok? (rammus was the first champ i was ever "good" with who was yours?
