Team 0 Synergy LF Top lane main and a sub support main. G1 ranked team. (Coach and analyst welcome)
Hey guys. TDW Wartaa here, I'm representing Team 0 Synergy as their jungler. We are currently in need of a Top lane main and a support main. As well as a coach and analyst. Just add me to apply for the coaching or analyst position and we will discuss it. The Support main will probably be as a sub but the top lane is for a starting role. Now as for a little bit about us. We are looking to press forward in the ranks during Season 6 and we are all committed to the team. If you are not willing to commit to a schedule and being on in time for our ranked 5s games then you need not apply. Right now our schedule is in the works but mainly its going to be after 8 pm CST. We are looking to play at least a minimum of 4 days a week. We will be playing as many games as we can during this and reviewing any games we have done. This team is looking to improve and move forward through the rank so it should go without saying that you need to be up for constructive criticism and how we could of possibly improved on the previous game or team comp and you will also have your own say. So don't be afraid to speak up. Everyone should have opinions on what could of went better during a game. We will address all of them and look to improve. Now for the requirements.
Since the team is ranked G1 we would like applicants to be at least G3. This is not a hard requirement and can be flexed a little but no one should apply if they are below G5. You must be able to commit to the schedule and show up on 4 days and any tournaments if any we decide to participate in. If you are constantly not showing then you will be replaced. We understand if life interferes and we ask you to let us know as soon as possible so we can work around. Such occasions and if you miss for real life things and its every now and again we understand. But if your missing on a weekly basis. Then your not the kind of player we are looking for. Willingness to improve and take criticism. We are not the best players we all understand that we can improve. That is why we should be willing to take criticism to improve. There will not be any toxic players in the team and we will all be offering advice to help improve each other based on what we saw during a previous game. Communication is key. So we do need someone who is willing to be vocal about what is happening in their lane. For example. Top blew flash and is a easy gank now. Or i don't have teleport and he does. So be careful for any teleport that i cannot match. Willingness to follow calls. I will be the shot caller for the team and will need those calls followed 100 percent regardless of what other players think of the call during the game. If it goes bad we can address it during our review and i will learn. But a bad call followed through by everyone is better then a great call followed through by one.
