Plat V Jungler Looking for Team 5v5 (Plat II s4)

Hi, I am a Plat 5 jungler looking for a ranked team to play with. Last season the team I was on we ended at Plat 2 with 20 wins 8 losses, I can play just about any jungler in the game. Last season I mained Vi and had 68% winrate +150games in solo queue. Looking for a plat team or high gold. (Have played against masters in ranked 5s multiple times)
