Can I Have Some Good Teammates For Games?! So Tired With Freaking Noobs and Trolls. (Normal Q)

I really need some good player to play team. So tired with dumb people, they just make me want to throw my mouse to the wall!!! Please come if you understand strategic play and basics of some champions. I want to play chill games, but in order to do that I need people who are not brainless.
