time to make a new server in greece

In Greece all the people have 100 ms+ when all play in EUNE this is not fair when you wanna play LOL and you see 100 ms or 200 ms some people have 50-60 ms but almost all the players in Greece have 100-200 ms

I think if you make a new server in Greece more people will in Greece will start to play League of legends I don't know maybe this is stupid idea but almost all the people have 100-200 ms for e.x my friend stop playing league of legends for one reason lag.

I think this is a good idea to make a new server and maybe not
