Implacable Gaming Requirements and Expectations

To open things up it must be stated that this will be a ranked team that is looking to climb in next seasons Flex Draft or Ranked 5’s (if flex draft doesn’t survive). Our main goal is to reach higher Elo to enjoy harder games and more sophisticated League of Legends overall. The team is based out of the Midwestern United States but players from all times zones and regions will be accepted. The leadership will be working extra hard to make sure those who make the team or tryout are in a comfortable schedule so they can make practices, games, or solo queue. Implacable Gaming is trying to create an environment for players to grow and hone their skills at certain roles or champs whilst also having fun playing on a team and making new friends. To close this intro the team will always have Sundays off. More information will be given in tryouts.

Requirements • Gold and higher players are what we are looking for, but we will tryout silver players. Bronze will not be accepted. • To properly apply we require that you give us your in-game name, Elo, best role, 3 best champions, your strengths and weaknesses. Go ham on weaknesses we want all players to become more well-rounded players in the long run. Being humble isn’t a bad thing! Adding a little about yourself would also be appreciated! Example Ign: Kauster Elo: Gold 5 Best Role: Adc Lucian, Tristana, Ezreal Strengths: Strong laning, Team fight positioning, Lane control Weaknesses: Shot-calling, out of lane CS numbers, Team fight presence, Has issues playing from behind, Issues trusting other carries. I’m Kauster, the head of Implacable Gaming and I’m the ADC for the team, but I’m willing to go on to support if an ADC of better caliber applies. I play almost every day and I play super late into the night. I enjoy playing fast and aggressive games showing off my game knowledge and skill. Expectations Team • Consistent play and looking to grow • No toxicity or flat out nastiness • Plays with team when not playing ranked 5’s ex: solo queue with a teammate to build synergy and to get to know one another better. • Discord is a must • Can give constructive criticism and take it. • Willingness to leave comfort zone with new champs, playstyles, new roles like utility, carry or tank. • Play professionally and always remember people aren’t out to hurt you as a person. • Try to play for the team. Top • TP is a must. • Versatile player overall can play tanks just as well as carries. • Keeping track of TP from enemy top. Also, let team know when your TP is up or not • Please ask team or check timers before selfishly using TP. • Know how to split push and use a lead properly. • Understand macro play or be willing to learn. Ex: Lane Swaps • Want to grow synergy with jungler.

Jungle • Strong champion pool and versatility • Communication and wanted synergy • Should be helping support with vision/ vision denial. • Objective control and lane awareness. • Ganks are played well and reciprocated properly • Open to play many different roles Ex: tank, utility and carry. Mid • Versatile and strong champion pool • Works with jungler well • Can roam/ knows how to handle enemy roaming • Can play or willing to learn utility mids • solid match up knowledge ADC • Versatile and powerful champion pool. • Near 10 CS a minute in lanes and not much of a dip outside of lane. • Must know wave control • Good Team fighting ability Support • Base WPG should be around 25-30+ willingly to work on it getting the stats up. • Be open to working with jungler a lot • Strong, versatile champion pool • Highly concerned on objectives through vision denial and control • Able to provide decent information on where wards/ enemy vision may be

We hope to find several awesome players to work and grow with. Please note that there will an extensive tryout period just because you try out early and may not hear anything for a few days doesn’t mean you are cut. We are trying out as many people as possible to make the best team possible. We will contact you if you get cut or make the team. We will also update on roles that get filled and maybe looking for subs but I don’t like wasting time for people with the whole “you’re the sub for xyz laner” thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.
