If the schedule mostly fits yours, then great! The "and/or" is meant to open our possibilities of practice so we can practice every day, as often as possible. I don't know what your aspirations are, but if they are similar to mine then you would want to play as often as possible in a positive and constructive environment. The team will be made with the intention of staying together. Rapid growth will be the primary result of frequent practices and analyzing. Any negativity will be addressed by myself and all team complaints will go through me as well. There will be no animosity between any of the team members. I am not looking to build a constantly rotating roster, but rather I am looking to build a team that will grow quickly. The importance of mechanical skill and macro knowledge can not be stressed enough for this type of team. If you have no idea how to lane swap, trade objectives, rotate, etc... Then you are not ready to join a Diamond level team. Please don't waste my time and I will not waste yours. The qualities I am looking for in the teams players are the following; Dependability, Responsibility, Accountability, Honesty, and Positivity. If you have all those qualities, as well as, the game skill level of Diamond or above, I promise you that I can take you to greatness.

The champions you have mastery on should indicate the amount of time you spend in a role.
