Looking for coach to teach me how to climb the ranks

I'm currently stuck in Silver3 and I was Gold3 last season but it was all luck to have good adc's. I'm support main and I want to learn how to carry on any role so if someone thinks he/she could help me with my skills please add me in EUNE Summoner name (Uura) or you can just comment here and comment your summoner name but thing is I can come to the EUW to be teched I have lv 19 smurf there that I use to play with few friends but I can use that to be teached by somebody there too.
