Looking for a team for Duo / Flex 5v5 / Flex 3v3

A German speaking team would be ideal, but my English is also very good.

Please only teams with most members 22 years old or older. I'm 31 and I don't want to put up with teenagers. Sorry.

There should already be a good shot caller established. Else I normally raise to the occasion and I'm not hesitating to call out teammates that fuck up or go rogue all the time. And most people can't handle that. So have a shot caller or there are gonna be problems.

I'm most comfortable playing mid and top, but I can play pretty much play any position and champ competently.

I play mostly very careful, unless I'm very far ahead or with people I can rely on.
